Firsties GmbH ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.firsties.eu) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement in order to protect each other and set expectations for our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to keep accurate stock levels on our website, but from time to time there may be stock discrepancies and we cannot supply all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you whether you want to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or to issue a refund.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected upon purchase.

This price is the final price for shipping costs to the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Return due to a Change of Mind

Firsties GmbH are happy to accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request for a return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.

The return is paid at the expense of the customer and must be organized for shipping yourself.
Once returns have been received and accepted, refunds will be processed to save the credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is complete via email.
(Firsties GmbH) will refund the value of the returned goods but NOT the value of the shipping costs paid.

 

3.2 Warranty Returns

Firsties GmbH will be happy to honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

Customers need to pay return shipping in advance, but we will refund you after successful warranty claim.

After receiving items back for warranty claims, rest assured that Firsties GmbH to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim has been confirmed, you have a choice of:

(a) Refund to Your Payment Method

(b) a refund in the form of store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if available)


4. Terms of Delivery

4.1 Domestic Term

In general, domestic shipments take 2 - 7 days to arrive


4.2 Term International

In general, orders shipped abroad take 4-22 days to arrive. This varies greatly depending on the courier service selected. We are able to offer a more accurate estimate when you select your courier at checkout.


4.3 Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment

Our warehouse operates during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays when the warehouse is closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.


4.4 Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.


4.5 PO Box Box Shipping

Firsties GmbH will be sent to P.O. PO Box addresses only when using postal services. We cannot offer courier services to these locations.


4.6 Shipping to Military Addresses

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service by courier.



4.7 Article not in stock

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the items in stock immediately and ship the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock.


4.8 Delivery time exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, please contact us so that we can investigate.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link to track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping carrier.


6. Packages damaged in transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package to the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

 

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been charged on the price of goods displayed on the website


7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival at the destination country. This varies by country and Firsties GmbH encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be sent to Firsties GmbH at the expense of the customer and the customer receives the paid value of the goods back minus the costs of the return. The cost of the initial shipment will not be refunded.


8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can always accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. When an order

has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.



9. Insurance

Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.


9.1 Procedure for packages damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed investigating the claim.


9.2 Procedure in case of packet loss in transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed an investigation and deemed the package lost.
